Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Worldwide returns are accepted and receive full payment if requested online within 14 days of an in-store purchase or online order delivery via your topclstore.com account Refund. Initial shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page, with original tags attached. We do not accept offline returns, whether purchased offline or in-store, as all returns must be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.

Once the package has been received and inspected at our warehouse (and we have confirmed that it has arrived in its original condition) without any damage and in compliance with our return policy, we will refund the amount of your order.

We do not accept international returns. If an international package is returned to our warehouse, please note that you will be responsible for all costs incurred.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Provide photos or videos recording the problem, and we will arrange replacement or refund according to the situation.
