Mode of Shipping
We provide two transportation methods: free shipping and express shipping, the final delivery of the order will choose the corresponding delivery according to the actual situation of the order. If you want to designate a Courier, you can contact us.

Order processing time
It takes 2-5 business days to process and ship the order, we will take a video to confirm the order before sending it out. (Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and holidays)

Tracking Your Order
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.It includes tracking numbers and shipping status updates. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the delivery company’s website.

These fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping charges. Accept worldwide returns and receive full payment if requested online within 3 days of in-store purchase or online order delivery (with tracking number proof) Refund. Initial shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page, with original tags attached, and shipped from a US address. Store returns are not accepted, whether purchased online or in-store, as all returns must be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.
