Mode of Shipping

Order processing time
It takes 2-5 business days to process and ship the order, we will take a video to confirm the order before sending it out. (Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and holidays)

Return policy
Accept worldwide returns and receive full payment if requested online within 3 days of in-store purchase or online order delivery (with tracking number proof) Refund. Initial shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page, with original tags attached, and shipped from a US address. Store returns are not accepted, whether purchased online or in-store, as all returns must be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.
